- If you’ve answered maybe to an event, you’ll see diagonal lines across it.
- If you haven’t replied yet, you’ll just see the event’s outline.
- If you said no, you’ll only see the outline and the event will be crossed out.
You have the choice of responding to the email, or clicking on the event itself. All event information will be displayed, along with the option to indicate whether you will be attending or not located at the bottom of the popup window:
Google Calendar Event Managers
Google has now improved the ease with which you can see who will be attending your event (meeting). Simply click on the event, and small popup window gives you most of the information.
Click the Arrow next to attendees, and you will see all invited attendees and their response status. Also, you can easily email all guests by clicking the envelope icon at the top.
Calendar Managers
If you are responsible for managing several other individual's schedules, using 'Day' View allows you to see other's calendars for the day, making it easy to find a common time to meet!
- To view several coworkers calendars at once, check the boxes next to their names. At top right in the view switcher box, click Day. The calendars appear next to each other so you can easily see when everyone is free at the same time.
